SHIPPING INFORMATION

Australia
All orders are shipped from the Sunshine Coast within 3 business days via Sendle or Australia Post. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays may be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Express Post orders placed on Fridays before 12 PM AEST may be shipped out the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.

All orders will include a tracking number, which will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders within Australia.
  • Express Post: Available for $15 for faster delivery across Australia.

Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control once orders are with Sendle or Australia Post.
  • MARINE|O cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel is delayed by 7+ days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us via our Contact Us form with your full name and order details. We will do our best to assist you in tracking down your order.

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to:

  • New Zealand

    • Standard Shipping: $30, automatically applied at checkout.
    • Estimated delivery: 8–15 days.

  • Rest of the World
