Returns & Refunds (60 Days + Free Returns)
At MARINE|O, we get it — sometimes a return is needed. No stress. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, please make sure:

Timeframe: Your return request is submitted within 60 days of your order date.

Condition: Items are returned unworn, unused, and in original condition (with any original packaging/tags where applicable).
Free Returns (Australia)
Returns are free within Australia. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and confirm approval. This typically takes 3–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–7 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

Return tracking: Please use the return label provided so your parcel is tracked. While we’ll always do our best to help, we can’t refund items that don’t arrive back to us.
