Sometimes a return's needed. No stress, here's how it works.

How to return something

Log in to your account HERE and submit a return request from your order history. That's the fastest way, our team reviews requests within 1–2 business days.

No account or can't log in? Email info@marineo.com.au with your order number, the item(s), and the reason (optional but helpful).

Return conditions

• Within 60 days of your order date
• Unworn, unused, original condition, with tags/packaging where applicable

Free returns (Australia)

Once approved, we'll send a prepaid return label with instructions.

What happens next

We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of receiving them. Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 1–5 business days depending on your bank.

A couple of notes

• One return per order
• Use the provided label so your return is tracked, we can't refund parcels that don't arrive back to us
